about the job.

kitchup is revolutionizing the way f&b startups work and grow in Hong Kong with flexible, production-ready, licensed kitchen facilities.

we are currently looking for a facilites and member experience coordinator to help us grow our business by maintaining a well-functioning work environment for food entrepreneurs to do their best work. this is a full-time position located in tsuen wan. the selected candidate must be eligible to work in hong kong.

📌 what you’ll do.

  • implement member outreach strategies to support business development
  • lead site tours for potential members and conduct new member onboarding orientations
  • manage and foster relationships with existing members to build a tight-knit community
  • support administrative and bookkeeping tasks (schedule appointments, manage invoices, etc.)
  • assist with marketing and promotional events and initiatives as needed
  • upkeep visual standards for the premises
  • manage the overall operation of the facilities (sign for deliveries, order supplies, schedule cleaning/maintenance, etc.)
  • additional tasks as determined by the needs of the organization

📌 what you’ll need.

  • passion for the local food & beverage industry
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • good command of English and Cantonese
  • proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
  • ability to multi-task and work independently
