the idea came to life when we struggled to find licensed, affordable, and flexible shared kitchen facilities to prep for a neighborhood pop-up. we then realized this is a common challenge for many other food and beverage startups in the city.
we now transform industrial spaces into production-ready licensed shared kitchen facilities, providing workspace solutions and a community that help food and beverage businesses grow and scale. from small virtual brands to delivery-only concepts – our vision is to create flexible spaces where both entrepreneurs and established brands can come together and do their best work.
